About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing companionship, support, and assistance to clients in their homes. This may include:

  • Providing transportation support to clients
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Monitoring clients' health and well-being
  • Supporting clients with medication management

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience. A valid Washington State Driver's License and reliable vehicle are required for this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Both written and spoken English language proficiency
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Washington State Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Home Care Aide license (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • First aid and CPR certification
