Full-Time Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Receive drink orders from guests, accurately input them, and serve the beverages promptly.
• Verify guest identification to confirm compliance with minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Efficiently clear used beverages and items in accordance with sanitation standards.
• Complete side tasks as needed, including stocking service items and coffee supplies.
• Stay informed about the variety of beers, wines, and liquors available, along with their current pricing.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

In this role, you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, use your hands for handling items, reach with your arms, and communicate effectively. You may occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alcohol Awareness Card is required.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills are essential.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is advantageous.
• Keep updated knowledge of the beverage offerings and their pricing.
• Adhere to and enforce all laws and regulations related to alcoholic beverages.
• Continuously monitor for signs of guest intoxication to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Ability to carry a tray weighing 10-15 lbs with one hand, walk in 1-inch heels, and stand for extended periods.

Grooming Standards

All team members must adhere to grooming standards, which include no visible tattoos or piercings and natural hair colors.
