About the Job

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team as a key member of our Campus Life & Style Family. As a Leasing Professional, you will provide first-class customer service to prospects and residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all resident requests are handled promptly and professionally
  • Creating a professional and friendly office environment
  • Working with Manager to establish, implement, and monitor leasing goals and renewal programs to meet required occupancy
  • Cleaning office, common areas, grounds, and apartments as needed to ensure a professional property, office, and model appearance at all times
  • Ensuring that website, listing sites, social media, and marketing materials are up-to-date and portray the property in a positive, professional, and appealing light at all times
  • Assisting Managers to plan, advertise, and manage resident functions and events
  • Creating partnerships with schools and student programs
  • Actively networking with student housing professionals in your market
  • Shopping competitors and developing relationships with other professionals in the field
  • Assisting Managers to maintain a positive reputation and relationship with schools and communities
  • Promoting harmonious relations among residents, parents, staff, and surrounding communities while enforcing company policies and standards
  • Outreach – spending necessary time on campus and at local businesses to promote cross-advertising and positive relationships
  • Ensuring property management software is accurate and up-to-date at all times
  • Performing lease processing and administration, and other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software
  • The ability to market and sell the community
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We are committed to offering competitive compensation packages that reflect the value we place on our employees.
