As a RN Trauma Program Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the optimal outcome for injured patients by coordinating key elements of the Trauma Process and Patient Safety Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care coordination and improvement of clinical processes
  • Participate in the evaluation of patient care and development of trauma care guidelines and protocols
  • Provide education and training to staff on trauma care
Requirements:
  • 3 years recent hospital experience
  • 1 year in a critical care area (ICU or Emergency Department)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Membership to a related professional organization preferred
