Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health issues and develop individualized care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and families, providing emotional support and education on healthcare choices and disease management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans, delegate tasks, and ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Utilize critical thinking to solve complex patient care problems and ensure safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in care delivery.

Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • Licensure: Current and valid nursing license.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong clinical knowledge of nursing and patient care standards, procedures, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, electronic medical documentation, and information security.
