Position Overview

The On-Site Project Supervisor will be tasked with:

  • Overseeing daily site operations to ensure safety, construction quality, and cleanliness
  • Traveling four days a week to manage project activities
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of project objectives, including financial targets, timelines, logistics, and key milestones
  • Collaborating with project management to keep the project schedule current and aligned with budgetary and timeline constraints
  • Maintaining open communication with the project team regarding any changes in work scope, site conditions, and subcontractor interactions
  • Fostering positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors while promoting this ethos within the project team

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the On-Site Project Supervisor role will possess:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity on construction projects
  • Background in hospitality construction from the ground up
  • Estimating experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality projects
  • Involvement in projects valued between $1 million and $20 million
  • Proven track record with complex, fast-paced, and high-profile projects
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required
