Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing nutritional care and education to patients in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Review dietary requirements of each patient and assist the attending physician in planning diet plans.
  • Evaluate and ensure accuracy in documentation preparation.
  • Develop and participate in programs for in-service education and training.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in clinical dietetics or foods/nutrition; plus, one-year internship or equivalent, or master's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of one-year clinical dietetics experience preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current State of Florida license as a dietitian and registration or eligibility with the CDR of the American Dietetic Association.
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to read, write, and understand English language.
