Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a top-rated hospital in Tacoma, Washington. As a travel RRT, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Summary:

This is a 12-week travel assignment with 36 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including COPD, pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care.
Requirements:
  • Current RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the hospital and patients.
