MainStreet Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Jasper, Georgia. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to provide patient-focused care to individuals of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including colds, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues
- Perform minor procedures, such as toenail removal and foreign object removal
- Provide suturing and splinting services
- Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management
- Review x-rays and provide general dermatology, eye, and EKG interpretations
- Develop emergency management skills and provide general GYN expertise
- Treat children of all ages and provide occupational medicine services
- Participate in telemedicine and work a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
- MSN or higher education required
- DOT certification or willingness to become DOT certified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
