Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate PET and CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Administer radioactive materials and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field.
  • Registration with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Radiologic License as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Extensive knowledge of nuclear instrumentation and radioactive materials handling.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
