Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients, utilizing the framework of the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
- Partner with patients and families to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care and positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient education and learning in the health record, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
- Specialty certification highly recommended within 2 years.
