Job Summary

Prairieville Walk-On's is seeking a skilled Server Representative to join our team. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and meet guest needs.
  • Meet sales and productivity goals while maintaining a high level of quality and service.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for 10+ hours.
  • Ability to adhere to uniform guidelines and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to memorize floor chart, table numbers, and steps of service.
  • Have reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English.
