About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Jobot, a leader in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the petroleum and fueling facilities sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, exceeding $1 million in value.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with state and local government agencies.
  • Local to the Laurel, MD region or willing to relocate.
