  • Coordinate patient care throughout the operating room, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and room staff.
  • Facilitate an efficient workflow of the schedule, communicating changes and pertinent information as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information in electronic medical records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • At least one year of operating room experience.
  • Experience in critical care, telemetry, or emergency room settings is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
