About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team at Blue Sky MD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical programs and services of our rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the rehabilitation team to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and facilities.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and facility staff to ensure seamless care plan meetings and program implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including screening policies and documentation requirements.
  • Oversee rehab staff compliance with all policies and procedures.
