Medical Device Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Implementation Specialist to join our team at Haemonetics. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing all aspects of Haemonetics TEGsystem implementations according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and manage customer Laboratory, IT, and clinical resources to ensure quality control throughout projects.
- Perform on-site device setup, configuration, operator training, and validation of analyzer.
- Provide services such as software and hardware configuration, product support, troubleshooting of Haemonetics equipment, and lead regular status meetings with project teams.
- Demonstrate effective communication and engagement with customers, ensuring complete project closure including customer acknowledgement, equipment and materials reconciliation, and transition to Customer Support.
You will be working closely with our talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Experience implementing and supporting laboratory, medical technology, or clinical solutions in healthcare is desired.
- IT and/or software implementation experience is also desirable.
- A strong written and verbal communication skillset is required.
- Able to travel up to 65%, with extensive overnight travel as required.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Haemonetics offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
