Job Summary

We are seeking a talented orthopaedic surgeon to join our faculty in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to teach and mentor students and residents, conduct research and publish your findings, and provide exceptional patient care in the field of orthopaedic primary care sports medicine.

About the Position

This full-time position requires a medical degree or equivalent, completion of residency as well as specialty fellowship training in Ortho-Primary Care Sports Medicine, and eligibility for licensure to practice medicine in Kentucky. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical teaching, research, and patient care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and mentor students and residents in the field of orthopaedic primary care sports medicine
  • Conduct research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
  • Provide exceptional patient care in the field of orthopaedic primary care sports medicine

Requirements

  • Medical degree or equivalent
  • Completion of residency as well as specialty fellowship training in Ortho-Primary Care Sports Medicine
