Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Graphics Manager to enhance our News Graphics Design team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the production of broadcast graphics for live news programming, special projects, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and coordinate assignments with the Creative Design Director and Graphics Producer.
- Develop innovative design concepts and manage workflows for live broadcasts and projects.
- Quickly address challenges with creative solutions.
- Maintain effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Actively participate in design meetings, contributing to the optimization of design processes.
- Ensure projects progress smoothly from conception to execution, maintaining high standards of quality and alignment.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders across various departments.
- Provide regular updates on project statuses to leadership.
- Guarantee accuracy and precision in all final graphics.
- Inspire and lead a talented design team towards enhanced creativity.
- Assist in managing team schedules and approvals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in the news broadcast or digital graphics sector.
- Proven track record in producing graphic content for both broadcast and digital platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in layout, color theory, typography, and animation as it pertains to graphics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and After Effects, as well as 3D software.

Desired Skills:
- Attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience with augmented and virtual reality technologies.
- Proactive approach to work, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
