Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Bather to join our team at Kenl-Inn. As a key member of our grooming team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care for our furry clients, ensuring their well-being and minimizing stress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, bathe, and finish pets using humane techniques
  • Trim nails, brush teeth, and brush out pets
  • Prepare dogs for bathing
  • Bathe, dry, and finish dogs according to procedures
  • Ensure all grooming dogs are completely dry and finished by hand
  • Finish dogs with brushing, combing, and optional cologne and bandana
  • Maintain clean and stocked bathing stations
  • Keep the groom shop clean and safe
  • Update pet status and assist receptionist as needed
  • Walk groom shop dogs and adhere to safety protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Previous experience showing reliability and animal care skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle challenges
