Job Summary

You will be the face of MOD Pizza and will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive high-quality pizzas and a welcoming experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of pizza makers to achieve exceptional results and high-quality pizzas.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that our restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively, and that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Fast-Casual Environment: Experience working in a fast-casual environment, preferably in a pizza restaurant.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team in a restaurant or retail environment.
Working Conditions

As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment. You will also be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
