Job Responsibilities

As a Highway Cleanup Worker with Interstate Business Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to collect litter and debris from roadways and rights-of-way. This includes loading and unloading trash bags at designated locations, setting up and moving highway awareness signs, and ensuring equipment safety.

You will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, often in inclement weather conditions. As such, it is essential that you are physically fit and able to walk for extended periods while carrying equipment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation to meet assigned locations by 6:00 am
