CDL Phlebotomist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CDL Phlebotomist to join our team at Versiti Inc. As a Phlebotomy Technician, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from donors while ensuring a safe and efficient experience for all parties involved.

• Collect blood samples from donors using phlebotomy equipment and techniques
• Operate mobile drive vehicles and transport staff, supplies, and equipment to collection sites
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct donor screening, mini-physicals, and phlebotomy procedures while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements
• Prepare collection sites, set up technology systems, and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
• Recruit and convert donors for automation, prepare and pack units for transport, and observe donors for reactions
• Provide post-reaction care, rebook donors for future appointments, and travel to other local collection sites as required

• Valid CDL with air brakes endorsement (B)
• 1-3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and interpret documents, apply judgment to written or oral instructions, and organize work to provide productive workflow
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to learn/utilize computer applications
