We offer a competitive $250,000 - $350,000 per year salary package with uncapped earning potential, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, life, FSA, 401K, vacation, and sick time.

Job Description:

As an Allergist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various allergic conditions. Your primary duties will include conducting thorough patient assessments and medical histories, ordering and interpreting allergy tests, developing personalized treatment plans, providing patient education on allergen avoidance and self-care strategies, and monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on patient response and test results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough patient assessments and medical histories.
  • Ordering and interpreting allergy tests, such as patch testing, skin prick tests, and blood tests.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans, which may include medications, immunotherapy, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Providing patient education on allergen avoidance and self-care strategies.
  • Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on patient response and test results.
  • Collaborating with other specialists to coordinate care for patients with multiple health conditions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a medical degree from an accredited institution, board certification in Allergy and Immunology, a valid medical license in Texas or California, strong clinical skills and experience in diagnosing and treating allergies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
