As a Pediatric Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical, psycho-social, and environmental needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing high-quality nursing care that reflects compliance with State, Federal, and Local regulations.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Implement and document care plans to ensure quality and continuity of care.
  • Provide nursing care that adheres to infection control measures, protecting both staff and patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care outcomes.
  • Notify supervising nurses of any changes in patient condition.
  • Provide health education to patients and caregivers.
  • Document interim changes to care plans in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN.
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid Driver's License
