Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Construction Design and Management: Oversee the design and construction of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Survey and Data Analysis: Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, and other data to inform project planning and decision-making.
  • Cost Management and Reporting: Manage project costs, track expenses, and generate reports to stakeholders.
  • Site Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure projects are completed to specifications and safety standards.
  • Claims and Submittals: Track and submit claims, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the heavy civil industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: OSHA 10-Hour Certification a plus.
