We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at ESM, Inc. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with mental health disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 24/7/365 care and support to individuals in our assisted living homes
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Encouraging independence and promoting a safe and healthy environment
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
