Role Overview:

  • Participate in the design, development, and execution of extensive and intricate technology solutions that support various business and technology domains.
  • Formulate and implement suitable solutions that may encompass multiple platforms, databases, software, hardware technologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrate a robust capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess system specifications in relation to customer needs, converting these specifications into cost-effective and technically sound solutions.
  • Manage workload and oversee projects within predefined budgetary constraints and customer priorities.
  • Accountable for establishing and maintaining quality control and security standards.
  • Provide timely and precise updates to division, department, and business area management regarding the status and performance of assigned projects.
  • Utilize technology to develop, redesign, and implement optimal technology solutions.
  • Build, leverage, and sustain effective partnerships across the technical and business communities.
  • Engage with customers to achieve efficient and effective outcomes.
  • Prioritize tasks according to business needs and production availability requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in technology is preferred.
  • Proficient experience with Jenkins or CloudBees CI, Kubernetes, Linux, AWS, EKS, Java, Groovy scripting, and GitHub is essential.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Argo CD, UCD, and security scanning tools is preferred.
  • Experience in providing technical guidance to project teams is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as networking, databases, servers, and storage is preferred.
  • Advanced understanding of one or more of the following technical skills is desirable:
    • Foundational IT Infrastructure
    • Operating Systems Software
    • Knowledge of process discipline and IDLC methodology
