Key Responsibilities- Assess customer needs and accurately identify required parts
- Generate and adjust purchase orders as necessary
- Submit purchase orders to the relevant suppliers for parts acquisition
- Document warranty parts that are returned
- Input special order parts into the dealership's computer system and inform the appropriate personnel
- Monitor the tracking of special order parts
- Manage and finalize outstanding invoices
- Verify the quality and quantity of received merchandise against invoices
- Maintain records of external purchases and parts transactions
- Conduct regular inventory checks of warehouse parts
- Participate in weekly departmental meetings
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience in parts sales or warehouse operations is advantageous.
