We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Green Bay Packaging Folding Carton Division. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and performing repairs on our equipment. You will also be responsible for installing new equipment, replacing lighting fixtures, and performing general building maintenance.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment life
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform repairs on equipment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Install new equipment and replace lighting fixtures as required
  • Perform general building maintenance, including cleaning and organization of work areas
  • Assist in the training of new employees on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to work with hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work
  • Ability to train on OEM machinery
  • Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the language effectively
