About the Job

The Research Program Coordinator will play a key role in the administration of our research program, including overseeing the annual strategy process, managing research themes, technical sensing, and competitor benchmarking programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain processes to ensure a healthy research and strategy system
  • Collect, analyze, assess, and summarize operational KPIs relevant to decision-making
  • Develop and present recommendations to executive leadership for final approval and implementation
  • Lead the planning and coordination for research theme evaluations and annual ADC research events
  • Represent the company in joint activities with external partners
Requirements
  • 5 years of related experience in administrative roles with automotive development projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Japanese language skills preferred
  • Passion for learning and providing output by asking questions, solving problems, challenging the status quo
  • Ability to collaborate within the team as well as across other groups to gain required information to complete daily operations
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid work environment, requiring occasional travel for purposes such as training, conferences, and on-site visits with partners.
