Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at the Patterson Restaurant & Bar, located within the Hotel Hartness. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

  • Greet and serve guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer according to Food and Beverage standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and hotel offerings to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Work efficiently and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a professional manner.
