Job Requirements:

  • Supervisory Experience: As a multifamily property management lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that service requests are completed efficiently.
  • HVAC Certification: You must have a valid HVAC certification to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Team Leadership: You will be expected to train and guide other service staff, work as a team leader, and assist with completing service requests.
  • Make Readies and Upgrades: You will assist the team with make readies and upgrading apartments, ensuring that work orders and make readies are completed correctly and on time.
  • On-Call Schedule: You must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule.
  • Tools and Transportation: You must provide your own tools and have reliable transportation.
  • Projects: You will assist with various projects assigned by the Property Manager.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required.

Working Environment:

  • You will be required to stand, walk, and sit regularly while performing your duties. You may occasionally need to reach, climb, or balance, and you must be able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • You will work in an outdoor setting and may need to leave the premises for business purposes.
