Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team in Torrance, CA. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and educate consumers on new products and services through informative and educational demonstrations in the retail showroom
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain an organized and clean sales floor
  • Assist with merchandising and restocking inventory
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Offer best-in-class customer experience to both retain and build upon our existing customer base
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product trends
  • Attend and actively participate in department meetings to discuss changes, workload enhancement strategies, performance results, and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies in DME industry including The Joint Commission, OSHA, DOT, FDA, and state and federal agencies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to two (1-2) years' customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
  • Competency in discussing sensitive medical information and product needs
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflows while achieving objectives and goals in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and other store inventory systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
