The Dimock Center, a leading healthcare provider in Massachusetts, is seeking a Physician to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities.
CompensationThe salary for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging from $210,000 to $230,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, eligible physicians may be entitled to additional bonuses and incentives, including loan repayment programs up to $75,000 through the NHSC.

As a physician at The Dimock Center, you will have the chance to work closely with our integrated behavioral health model, where licensed social workers collaborate with medical professionals to address complex patient needs.

Requirements- We welcome new graduates, but experience is preferred.
- Must be willing to see adult-aged patients and treat those with chronic conditions.
- Broad expertise in family medicine is required, along with a MA state license, DEA registration, and Massachusetts Control Substance registration.
