Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any issues or concerns.
  • Clearly communicate valet rates and policies to customers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
  • Provide directions and assistance to customers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company uniform standards.
  • Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • The ability to safely operate a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
  • Availability to work special shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and memos.
