- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
