Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience, plus paid shift differentials and comprehensive benefits. This includes flexible scheduling, paid time off, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth.

Job Description
As a Caregiver with Right at Home, you will provide personalized care and companionship to our clients, assisting them with daily living activities, including light housekeeping, ambulation/transfers, personal hygiene, and accompanying them on errands or medical appointments. Your role will be to promote their independence, safety, and well-being while fostering meaningful relationships and trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have a High School Diploma or GED certificate, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification, effective communication skills, attention to detail, a caring and compassionate personality, and proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Additionally, you must be able to work in homes with pets (dogs and cats).
