Job Summary:
As a skilled Registered Nurse at vTech Solution, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be utilized to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Float between units to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimal patient care.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 coverage and support.
Work weekends on a rotating basis to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Adhere to block schedules to ensure consistent staffing and minimize disruptions.
Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 to guarantee personalized attention and care.
Requirements:
Possess current certifications in TNCC, ACLS, and NRP.
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
