Sales Branch Director

G.Z.Q.S.O. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Branch Director to lead our Westland, MI branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business performance through acquisition, coaching, business development, and retention of customer relationships.
The Sales Branch Director will be responsible for leading by example, embodying our vision statement and uncompromising principles, while continuously motivating, inspiring, and developing their team with new challenges.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 216 hours of PTO by year 4, 7 paid holidays, 2 additional floating holidays, birthday off paid, COVID paid time off, vacation cash out program, crypto retirement program, IRA retirement, medical/dental/vision insurance, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team to drive business performance through acquisition, coaching, business development, and retention of customer relationships.
- Establish good working relationships with new customers and resolve customer problems as needed.
- Organize and execute training programs for branch personnel, evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or management.
- Proven track record of driving business performance through acquisition, coaching, business development, and retention of customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
