About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Platform Consultant at Verint Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our Verint Open CCaaS platform and helping our customers achieve their customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine learning and data science to articulate, differentiate, and position Verint DaVinci AI.
  • Liaise with product, sales, solutions, and services teams to ensure the Verint Open CCaaS platform is positioned as the "platform of choice" for customer contact centers.
  • Present in-depth Verint Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
  • Leverage data architecture or data science knowledge to influence and provide valuable insight into the industry and differentiate Verint's platform.
  • Build thought leadership profile through speaking opportunities, networking, and staying up-to-date on emerging AI trends.
  • Develop and deliver content across various platforms to engage target audiences and promote the value of the Verint Open CCaaS platform.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies to engage partners and customers in the ecosystem.
  • Lead product demonstrations to educate consumers, developers, and others about the platform.
  • Identify white spaces in customer accounts and drive closure of opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Verint products and technology, as well as industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five to Seven years' experience in AI and Data Science.
  • 10+ years of in-depth experience with contact center operations, either in a vendor capacity or through implementation of solutions across the contact center as a practitioner.
  • Knowledge of contact center solutions is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of data ecosystems, including CRMs, CDPs, and ERPs.
  • Architectural knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses, including Amazon, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Effective and professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
