Maintenance Expert

The estimated salary for this position is $17 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

As a Cabin Care Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of our cabins, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining the interior and exterior of the cabins, including cleaning, staging, and performing minor repairs.
• Performing periodic preventative maintenance on cabins, including plumbing, electrical fixtures, and equipment.
• Ensuring that every cabin is perfectly staged for every guest, including cleaning and setting up welcome items and provisions.
• Working collaboratively with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in light carpentry, household electric, plumbing, construction, flooring, custodial, or groundskeeping service trades.
• Experience using technology and apps to work more efficiently.
• A love of the outdoors and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
