Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team at Advance Rehabilitation Management Group. As an Athletic Trainer - Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing expert care and attention to athletes in our outreach programs.

Responsibilities

* Provide immediate care for injured athletes on-site and arrange for further medical evaluation or treatment when necessary
* Develop and implement injury prevention programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes and specific sports
* Create and manage rehabilitation plans for injured athletes to facilitate safe and timely return to play
* Communicate with physicians, local therapists, coaches, and administrators
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of injuries, treatments, and progress of each athlete
* Assist in maintaining a safe sports environment by inspecting and ensuring proper use of sports equipment and facilities
* Educate athletes about nutrition, hydration, and injury prevention techniques
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sports medicine and best practices in athletic training

Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training
* Certification by the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATABOC)
* Current or anticipated state licensure (FL)
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate sports schedules

Salary

The salary for this position is between $50,000.00 and $60,000.00 per hour.
