Job Overview

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bridal Stylist to join our team at Your Day By Nicole. As a key member of our bridal team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our brides
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but we'll provide training on our unique approach to customer service
  • Ability to work weekends (minimum of 1x a month)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences
