### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced fabricator/welder to join our manufacturing team. This position offers competitive compensation, a full benefits plan, and the opportunity to grow/move up within the company.

### Responsibilities

* Weld various equipment and structures
* Operate machines to ensure smooth and efficient production of materials
* Fabricate materials to company standards
* Follow all safety and compliance guidelines
* Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Produce quality work to meet company standards
* Perform other duties as assigned

### Work Schedule

* Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 3:30 PM
* Overtime as needed

### Compensation

* $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience

### Requirements

* Previous fabrication, machine operating, or welding experience
