As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop cashier/sales associate staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and conduct regular inventory audits.
  • Ensure adequate gasoline levels and coordinate gasoline deliveries.
  • Check costs on invoices to ensure accuracy and implement all company promotional initiatives.
  • Operate and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and flexibility to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
