Job Opportunity: Project Manager

Cotton Holdings, Inc., a diversified holding company with subsidiaries offering property restoration and recovery services, is seeking a skilled Project Manager for its subsidiary, Target Solutions.

The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction re-build projects, utilizing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. They will also assist in estimating labor, material, and time requirements to compute the overall project cost.

Major Responsibilities:

  • To develop and nurture business relationships with adjusters, property owners, facility managers, and other clientele who can provide commercial work.
  • Assist in preparing scopes of work/estimates.
  • Adhere to company protocol, policies, accounting procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Perform work within guidelines of Target and ensure a contract is signed.
  • Determine when to extend beyond standard protocol to resolve potential issues or secure potential work.
  • Determine the best way to meet client and adjuster needs.
  • Win competitive bidding situations.
  • Resolve conflicts with customers/adjusters.

Background Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Xactimate.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
