Warehouse Picker Position at Zip Beverage

Zip Beverage seeks a reliable and efficient Warehouse Picker to join our beverage production team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, this role involves picking orders, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick all assigned orders accurately and efficiently, meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Operate forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks safely and effectively, adhering to company protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company cleanliness standards.
  • Properly maintain and calibrate electronic devices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Label and prepare picked items for delivery, ensuring quality control.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday, AM Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or until completion.
  • Monday-Thursday, PM Shift: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM or until completion.

Compensation:

  • Base hourly rate up to $17.50 per hour.
  • Pay for performance: up to $0.07 per scanned product.
  • Average hourly rate after 6 months: $19.50-$20.50 per hour.
