We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our MICU team at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. As a MICU RN, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on a per shift basis
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
Requirements
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)
