_Position Overview:_
The Facilities Technician is responsible for executing a variety of repair and maintenance activities across our facilities, grounds, and equipment. This position encompasses both electrical and mechanical maintenance, including work on machinery operating at 24 and 480 volts. The ideal candidate will also manage the movement of products within barns and demonstrate strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.

_Key Responsibilities:_
  • Perform repair and maintenance tasks on facilities, grounds, and equipment.
  • Conduct electrical maintenance and repairs on machinery operating at 24 and 480 volts.
  • Execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Safely move products within barns and ensure proper handling and storage.
  • Interpret blueprints to assist in maintenance and repair activities.
  • Identify and resolve issues with equipment and systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

_Qualifications:_
  • Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Technician or in a comparable role.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Skilled in performing diagnostic and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Experience with 24 and 480-volt electrical systems.
  • Physical capability to move products and perform maintenance tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
