About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of Silver Diner menu items to be served, complying with applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared and plated according to Silver Diner specs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station, adhering to all safety, sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards.
  • Stock ingredients and supplies ahead of need and as you go.
  • Complete temperature checks prior to and after the rush.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Weekend and holiday availability required.
  • Must be 18 or older.
